We are an independent local run familiar hostel. It has been really amazing to receive fantastic guests from all the corners of the world...the exchange of cultures, stories and travels, is over-welcome!! We are running our own Hostel since 10 years and it has been the best times of our life's. At the moment we are looking for some Volunteers to help in different positions.
We like to know different cultures and our main goal is to know a litlle bit about every single person that work or Volunteer with us, culture, food, traditions...it's the best way to get to know trully a country, cook together, talk about our traditions and explane and show our beautiful country.
In the free time, workers and volunteers have a lots to do. We are close to the deserted Almagreira Beach (red rocks), near Baleal, with the best surf spots for beginners or intermediate surfers. You can also explore Berlenga Island and do Scuba diving, one of the best spots in Portugal. On top of all that, the Hostel is for Solo Travellers and has social activities every day from 8pm to 11pm where you can socialize with other travelers.
The shifts are different depending on the positions you have, the minimum period also. If you are a committed person and responsible worker that enjoy meeting people from all around the world and the willing to get to know one of the little pearls in the West Coast of Portugal, you will be more than welcome to join the Team!! In exchange, you get free accommodation and breakfast.

Looking for a legendary Party Starter to lead our daily activities (Pub Crawls, Trivia, Beer Pong, Drinking Games).
If you’ve got massive energy and love hyping up a crowd, we want you!
What you’ll do:
- Lead the vibe & run daily hostel activities.
- Hype up the bar & boost drink sales.
- Get creative with quick social media content during events.

We need a proactive Multi-tasker to help keep the hostel and rentals running smoothly, and jump onto reception when things quiet down.
What you need & what you get:

- ๐ Morning person ready to smash the day early.
- ๐ Open invitation to join our epic daily night activities.

๐ Night Shift Receptionist (2+ Months Hybrid)
We are looking for a focused, reliable Night Owl to manage our reception from 00:00 to 08:00.
This is a hybrid role (volunteer + pocket money) for someone who values structure and knows how to maintain a quiet, peaceful environment overnight.
Your Role:
- ๐คซ Keep it quiet: A direct, professional profile. No late-night socializing at the desk to prevent noise.
- ๐ Clear boundaries: Maintain a professional distance with guests outside your shift to ensure authority at night.
